I have worked in the private sector for 15+ years across two different industries. I was on Wall Street for 8 years before getting my MBA at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. It was there that I decided to switch careers and focus on marketing.

After working for about 5 years in consumer packaged goods (CPG) marketing, I decided to put all of my work experience to use and work directly with professionals; helping them determine and then take the next step in their careers.

In my career, I have been an employee, a hiring manager, a job seeker, an MBA graduate, a career switcher, and a career coach.

I have seen the job search process from every angle and experienced all of the highs and lows with employment and seeking a new job.
